Young Jeezy Being sued by Hells Angels over Logo

Jeezy's clothing company 8732 is facing a new lawsuit from the Hells Angels. Jeezy's clothing apparel line 8732 Apparel is facing a new lawsuit, from motorcycle crew Hells Angels. The Angels aren't too happy with Jeezy ripping off their logo, and then selling it on jackets for massive profit, at least according to the suit. Hells Angels' iconic Death Head logo is currently being used in a slightly different version on 8732 Apparel's jackets and hats. Hells Angels say in their lawsuit that Jeezy's company has already earned a substantial amount of profit from selling a knock-off of their logo, and now they want all those profits. The club is suing for unspecified damages. They're also asking that a judge forces 8732 to stop selling any apparel with what looks like their logo on it. Last year the Hells Angels also went to court with Rob Drydek's clothing comapny and MTV over the same problem-- a rip-off of their logo. Check out photos of 8732 apparel and the Hells Angels logo in the gallery above to view the similarities.

A look from space at a group of fisherman

From NASA: The night fishermen are hunting for Illex argentinus, a species of short-finned squid that forms the second largest squid fishery on the planet. The squid are found tens to hundreds of kilometers offshore from roughly Rio de Janeiro to Tierra del Fuego (22 to 54 degrees South latitude). They live 80 to 600 meters (250 to 2,000 feet) below the surface, feeding on shrimp, crabs, and fish. In turn, Illex are consumed by larger finfish, whales, seals, sea birds, penguins ... and humans.

Government Shutdown ends

The 16-day government shutdown is over, but the country has taken at least a $24 billion hit along the way. The financial ratings agency Standard & Poor's said Wednesday the shutdown "to date has taken $24 billion out of the economy," equaling $1.5 billion dollars a day and "shaved at least 0.6 percent off annualized fourth-quarter 2013 GDP growth."

‘Hump Day’ phrase irritating some teachers at Connecticut school

Students at a Connecticut elementary school have been irritating teachers because they imitate the Geico 'Hump Day' commercial featuring a camel that walks around an office and asks workers what day it is. Some students at the Vernon Center Middle School reportedly disregard what day it is when they use the phrase, and use it on days that are not technically 'hump days.' "Sometimes it's the counting down to when it is," Brooke Lewis, a student at the school told WFSB.com. One parent told the station, "Just keep it to Wednesdays and we'll be all right." There were unsubstantiated reports that the school district banned the phrase, but some students told WFSB.com that a few kids were sent to the principal’s office. Teachers apparently want to stop the problem before it gets worse.

Wow Government really? Another shutdown under way

One agency that has been particularly idled by the shutdown is NASA — the astronauts on the International Space Station and mission control are working, but relatively few other people are.
