Stockton,Ca Mayor Expresses Concern Most Arrested in Sweep Released

Mayor Ann Johnston told KCRA3 she is concerned that a majority of those arrested in a crime crackdown this past weekend have already been released from jail. "This is not what I expected," Johnston told KCRA3's Mike TeSelle. San Joaquin County Deputy District Attorney Robert Himelblau told KCRA earlier this week that it "welcomed the arrests" and "had a high degree of confidence a majority of the arrests would lead to prosecution.
