As she gets ready to tie the knot with her fiance Jason Trawick and begin a new chapter of her life, Britney Spears has said goodbye to her luxury Beverly Hills estate. The singer has managed to sell the Mediterranean-style mansion for more than one million dollars over the asking price, showing just how far a little star power can go!
According to TMZ, the pop star listed her home, located in exclusive gated community The Summit, for $2,995,000. After receiving bids from multiple parties, the property eventually sold for a whopping $4,253,000! That hefty price tag pays for five bedrooms, six bathrooms, 7,500 square feet of living space, a back yard and a swimming pool.
Now that the home is off Brit Brit's hands, she's ready to find a new home with her husband-to-be Jason and sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. The coupe will be renting, until they find their perfect white picket fence.
